Today was a good day. Yesterday, not so much. Had an eye doctor appointment yesterday. I was waaaay overdue for a checkup. I really dislike having my eyes dilated...At around 2:30 yesterday afternoon, I had the drops put in my eyes and was told it would only last about two hours...at 10:00 last night, I still couldn't focus enough to read or use the computer. Bah. Anyway, I picked out new frames and I hope they look okay because I couldn't see myself in the mirror. Double Bah!
I got a lot of stuff done today. I've been doing laundry almost all day and I'm not done yet:
But that's okay because I got some other stuff done too. I painted the mirror frame for the chalkboard:
It needs another coat of paint before the wax. I also got this in the mail and hopefully will get to play around with it tomorrow:
Fun. I made this last week and will make a pillow cover out of it, also hopefully tomorrow:
The third floor studio annex is coming along very nicely and I've been working up there a bit. Here's a picture of the Jack Rackham Jolly Roger I have hanging in the stairwell to the third floor:
